- Remembering your dates: your chosen dates and times may be kept in your browser's temporary session storage until you close the tab. This information stays on your device.
- No customer accounts or document uploads: the public website does not provide customer registration or document upload facilities. WordPress administrator accounts are for authorised website management.
3. Hosting, technical logs and cookies
This website is hosted by Hostinger. The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and access times, to deliver and secure the website. See Hostinger’s privacy policy for information about its handling of personal data.
The public custom theme does not include advertising or analytics trackers. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and session security. Hosting or security services may also use essential cookies. This policy will be updated if analytics or other services are added.
4. Website images and external links
Vehicle illustrations and licensed destination photographs are hosted with this website. Viewing them does not require a connection to a third-party image provider. Google Maps direction links, image credits and licence links open external services, whose privacy policies then apply. Maps links contain the destination and Kadapa as the starting city; they do not request your device location from this website.
5. Information you share with us
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name, mobile number, trip dates, destination and anything else you write. If you go ahead with a booking, we also receive the details needed for the rental agreement, such as driving licence details.
6. WhatsApp (Meta)
Bookings and questions are handled through WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. If you prefer, you can call or email us instead.
7. How we use your information
- To reply to enquiries and confirm, change or cancel your booking.
- To prepare the rental agreement and arrange vehicle collection and return.
