1. About these terms
These terms explain how booking with Kadapa Cars works when you use this website. They apply together with the rental agreement for your booking. If anything in these terms differs from your rental agreement, the rental agreement applies.
2. Booking requests
When you tap a WhatsApp button on this website, WhatsApp opens with a message containing the vehicle and the dates you chose. Nothing is sent until you press send. Sending the message is a request, not a confirmed booking.
3. Confirmation
We reply on WhatsApp to tell you whether the vehicle is available for your dates and to share the price and the rental terms. Your booking is confirmed only when you have agreed to those terms and we have confirmed the booking on WhatsApp.
4. Price and rental terms
The final price for your dates is confirmed on WhatsApp before you book. The rental terms are shared on WhatsApp and set out in the rental agreement before you confirm. Please ask us if anything is unclear.
5. Collection
Vehicle collection in Kadapa by appointment. Exact handover location is shared after booking confirmation.
6. Where you can drive
After collecting the vehicle in Kadapa you can drive to your planned destination, subject to the rental agreement and confirmation on WhatsApp. Please tell us your planned destination when you book.
7. Drivers and documents
Drivers need a valid driving licence. Who may drive the vehicle and which documents to bring are set out in the rental agreement and confirmed on WhatsApp.
8. Photos and specifications
Image disclosures are shown alongside each vehicle's gallery. Where an image is labelled as an AI-generated illustration, it is not a photograph of our actual vehicle, and appearance, equipment and interior details may differ. Ask us on WhatsApp for current photos and to confirm any feature of the actual vehicle before booking.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
